Welcome to my journey!

Hello and welcome to my journey of motherhood with my little blessings and how I incorporate my faith as a wife and mother at present.

This blog idea has been on my heart for months and featured in a lot of my conversations with God recently. I originally came up with the name over a year ago, I say out of the blue but God was directing me regularly to this idea. My initial ideas was ‘motherhood & faith’ however we had to adapt that idea slightly to become a blog. I’m so glad I finally took the time to start this online community and if I can even reach out and touch one other soul, I’ll be so grateful. However I’m also happy to be chatting to myself for now! 🙂

A little about me… I’m married to my best friend, have 2 under 2, a diva of a cat and a mad puppy in the mix. I’m a nurse, avid reader on my kindle, study nerd and huge lover of tea. In our house we thrive on chaos, enjoy playing together, a bit of daily laughter and eating at our table as a family. I’m part of the Vineyard community and attended church weekly – in person or online. I also help serve within the church regularly where I can, particularly in kids ministry where many great conversations are had! My journey with Christ hasn’t always been a straight path with many bumps and occasionally time spent off course – however I feel my relationship with God is stronger than ever and more present in my life.

I will end this post with some encouraging verses at present;

“Be strong and courageous. Do not be frightened, and do not be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.” (Joshua 1:9).

“For you formed my inward parts; you knitted me together in my mother’s womb. I praise you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Wonderful are your works; my soul knows it very well.” (Psalm 139:13-14).

“When I am afraid, I put my Trust in You.” (Psalm 56:3).

God bless you, Love Zoe x
